Rental Policy

Projector equipment is available for rent from anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. You can order anytime using our secure website and checkout process or can order by phone at (888) 951-5060
When ordering online through, please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly and make sure you understand them completely, before checking the box that will appear during your checkout process that acknowledges that you agree to the Terms and Conditions before submitting your order.

Rental Periods

All of our projectors are rented out for specific rental periods that are requested by our customers for the specific amount of time they will need to use one of our projector rentals. We allow a twenty-four hour grace period after the end of your rental period for the projector to be returned. This allows time for shipping complications or other unforeseen circumstances that may delay the return of the projector without a customer being charged a late-fee.

Please note that if your projector rental is not postmarked within this grace period, you will be charged the full daily rental rate for each day the projector is not returned.

Damage Policy

After the projector has been signed for upon delivery, you are entirely responsible for the projector during your entire requested rental period until the projector is postmarked and in the hands of the shipping courier for return. If the projector is damaged, lost, or stolen you will be held accountable to pay the full current retail price for the projectors(s) that were under your care during your rental period. Make sure that upon receiving your projector equipment, immediately inspect the equipment thoroughly for any damage (no matter how minimal the damage may appear) and contact as soon as possible to notify us about the damage to avoid complications with fault between you and the shipping service. Renting Service and Support

During your rental period provides an expert team of renting specialists that are readily available twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week to address and quickly resolve any questions or concerns you may have with your projector rental equipment or overall rental experience. This renting service and support is provided free of charge to all customers.
